Data Deletion Instructions

Your Promexa account profile (name, email, password hash, profile photo).

Your business profile (company name, logo, category, services, phone, email, website, brand colors, location).

All OAuth access and refresh tokens for any Facebook Page or Instagram Business account you connected. Tokens are revoked with Meta as part of the deletion.

All generated content stored by us — captions, hashtags, image prompts and AI-generated banner images.

All scheduled, published and historical posts, including publish history records and per-platform engagement metadata we cached.

Notifications, prompt history, and any other data tied to your user ID.

What we keep: minimal billing records required by Indian tax law (invoices, payment metadata) for the legally mandated retention period. These records are kept by our payment processor (Razorpay) and our own ledger, separated from the deleted profile.

Email support@promexaai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address registered on your Promexa account.

Include in the email: your registered email address, the date you signed up (approximate is fine), and a sentence confirming you want all data deleted.

We respond within two (2) business days to confirm receipt and complete deletion within seven (7) business days of confirmation.

Once deletion is complete you will receive a final confirmation email. Your access tokens for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X (Twitter) are revoked so we no longer have any access to your social accounts.

You can also start the process by removing Promexa from your Facebook account. This revokes our access immediately and triggers Meta to notify us of the removal so we can purge the associated data on our side.

On a desktop browser, sign in to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → find Promexa → Remove. On mobile, open the Facebook app → menu → Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites → Active → Promexa → Remove.

After removal, please still email support@promexaai.com if you want us to delete the historical post content and any account profile data we hold beyond just the tokens.

Signed-in users can also initiate deletion from inside the Promexa dashboard at Settings → Account → Delete account. This kicks off the same workflow as an email request, with the same seven-day completion window.
